We are investigating on behalf of a potential class of current and former workers including nurses, technicians, therapists, and other patient care workers who work or worked for a Trinity Health owned facility anytime in the last four years. Trinity Health facilities includes many hospitals and medical centers such as Saint Agnes Medical Center, Johnson Memorial Hospital, Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital, Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, Saint Mary’s Hospital, Mercy Catholic Medical Center and more.

We are investigating whether all time was correctly recorded and paid, including for time employees worked during unpaid meal periods, and investigating potential violations of state and federal law requiring employers to fully and timely compensate their employees.  Companies who underpay employees are subject to litigation to collect unpaid wages, with penalties.
