Tariff Investigation

Schneider Wallace Cottrell Kim is investigating whether Target and Dollar Tree raised their prices as a result of paying certain tariffs to the federal government, and whether consumers may have paid tariffs as a result.

Recently, the Supreme Court held certain tariffs were illegal, and the companies received reimbursements or are working to receive payment back of tariffs.

They have not at this time agreed to give consumers a refund.

If you experienced a price increase at these stores from February 1, 2025, to February 24, 2026, we are investigating potential tariff litigation.
