Sprouts – Misclassification Investigation

Did you work at Sprouts in the last 4 years?

We are investigating on behalf of a potential class of current and former assistant managers, who work or worked for Sprouts Farmers Market (“Sprouts”) in the last three years.

We are investigating whether some workers were improperly classified as overtime exempt despite not qualifying to be denied overtime. Companies who underpay employees are subject to litigation to collect unpaid wages, with penalties. Alleged issues include “managers” and “assistant managers” who worked a majority of their time on hourly wage tasks such as cashier, customer service, stocking, opening an closing, and non-managerial tasks such as hiring, firing, or training.
