Sprouts – Interview Regarding Wage and Pay Violations

Did you work at Sprouts as an exempt employee in the last 4 years?

We are investigating on behalf of a potential class of current and former workers including assistant managers and assistant store managers who work or worked for Sprouts Farmers Market (“Sprouts”) in the last four years.

We are investigating whether all time was correctly recorded and paid, and investigating potential violations of state and federal law requiring employers to fully and timely compensate their employees.  Companies who underpay employees are subject to litigation to collect unpaid wages, with penalties.
