We are investigating on behalf of a potential class of current and former guards including security guards, security officers, and armed security guards, who work or worked for PalAmerican Security, Inc. (“PalAmerican”) in the last three years.

We are investigating whether all time was correctly recorded and paid, and investigating potential violations of state and federal law requiring employers to fully and timely compensate their employees. Companies who underpay employees are subject to litigation to collect unpaid wages, with penalties. Alleged issues include unpaid wages and unpaid overtime, regarding allegations of workers being unpaid for time worked before scheduled shifts, time worked continuing to work after scheduled shifts end, and when communicating off-the-clock with PalAmeican during their non-work hours.
