Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky LLP filed a lawsuit against Lifepoint Health, Inc. (“Lifepoint”) alleging Lifepoint violated federal law by failing to pay their patient care employees for all time worked, including all overtime wages due and for work performed during unpaid meal periods. We are currently investigating  these unpaid wage claims on behalf of all current and former hourly workers including nurses, who work or worked for a Lifepoint Healthcare owned or operated facility anytime in the last three years.  Lifepoint facilities include many hospitals and medical centers such as Clark Regional Medical Center, Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Fauquier Health, Fyre Regional Medical Center, Highpoint Health, Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, and more.

We are investigating whether all time was correctly recorded and other potential violations of state and federal law requiring employers to fully and timely compensate their employees.
