Binance Security Incident Investigation

Schneider Wallace Cottrell Kim is investigating potential claims on behalf of Binance users affected by the security incident reported on October 29, 2026.

Binance has said it is dealing with a security incident and temporarily suspended withdrawals on multiple networks as a precaution. News reports describe large outflows from Binance’s hot wallets, and some stablecoin issuers have said they froze related funds. Binance has said user funds are safe. The facts are still developing, and we are gathering information from users to understand how they were affected.

We would like to talk with people who had funds on Binance on October 29, 2026 and who lost money, could not withdraw or move their funds, had trades fail, or had positions liquidated during the incident. If you were affected, it may help to save your account history, transaction IDs and any screenshots now.

This is an investigation. We have not filed a lawsuit. If you’d like to learn more, email us here, or complete the form below.

Protect yourself from scams. We will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, passwords, two-factor codes, or any upfront payment. Anyone who asks for these is not our firm. Binance has also warned users to be cautious of unofficial links and messages.
