Sarah S. Madison

Associate Attorney

Sarah is an associate attorney at Schneider Wallace Cottrell Kim LLP. Sarah’s practice area is in wage and hour class actions fighting for the rights of employees who have been denied their rights at work. 

 

Prior to joining SWCK, she worked for a union protecting employee and collective bargaining rights through collective bargaining, labor arbitrations, and grievance proceedings. She has also been a Public Defender and has been both a commissioned officer and enlisted member in the Air Force National Guard. 

 

Sarah earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law, along with a Certificate in Native American Law, in addition to a Master’s Degree in Natural Resources Law from University of Denver Law and a B.S. from the University of Arkansas in Environmental Science. 

 

She is admitted to the state bars for Washington, Oklahoma, and Alaska, and the federal bars for Alaska and the Western District of Oklahoma.  

 

Sarah resides near Seattle, Washington, where she enjoys everything outside from hiking to scuba and tennis to skiing. During her free time, she also enjoys helping with the pro bono veterans inquires through the Washington State Attorney General’s Office.
