Sara Zollner is an associate attorney at Schneider Wallace Cottrell Kim LLP. Her practice focuses on representing employees in labor and employment matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Sara developed an extensive practice representing unions and workers in a variety of labor and employment law matters, including in wage and hour litigation, labor arbitration, and representation and unfair labor practice proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Sara was also selected as a Justice Catalyst / Public Rights Project fellow in the Workers’ Protection Unit in the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, where she represented thousands of workers across the state of California in misclassification lawsuits and criminal wage theft investigations.

Sara earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, during which time she advised state and local governments on strategies to advance workers’ protections and represented low-wage tenants in eviction proceedings.

Sara is admitted to practice law in the state of California, the United States District Court of the Northern District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
