Robert E. Morelli III joined Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky LLP in February of 2023 as an Associate Attorney. Mr. Morelli’s practice focuses on representing employees in wage and hour collective and class actions. He has also successfully represented clients in claims brought under various federal anti-discrimination statutes.
Mr. Morelli earned his Juris Doctor degree at The University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. After law school, he worked for a law firm prosecuting FLSA collective actions on a nation-wide scale.
