Nevin Wisnoski is a Senior Associate Attorney at Schneider Wallace Cottrell Kim LLP. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including commercial litigation, environmental and toxic tort litigation, class actions, and defective products cases.
Nevin represents individuals, businesses, and communities in high-stakes disputes involving corporate misconduct, toxic exposure, defective products, consumer harms, and business torts. His experience includes strategic motion practice, factual investigation, and the development of technically and scientifically complex evidence in difficult jurisdictions.
Before joining Schneider Wallace, Nevin practiced at several Tier 1 mass tort firms, where he litigated complex plaintiffs’ cases involving environmental contamination, toxic exposure, defective products, and other large-scale harms, including the Flint Water Crisis, Camp Lejeune, Ethylene Oxide exposure, PFAS/GenX, and the Key Bridge Collapse.
Nevin has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America from 2024 through 2026, named a Top 40 Under 40 attorney by The National Trial Lawyers, and selected for Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite.
Nevin received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and his B.S. from North Carolina State University’s College of Natural Resources, where he graduated with departmental honors.
