Katherine Krebs is an associate attorney at Schneider Wallace Cottrell Kim LLP and her practice focuses on labor and employment representative, and class action cases. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is a loyal advocate for those who have suffered injustice in the workplace.
Katherine earned her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law where she graduated Cum Laude on a merit scholarship. Katherine also has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History with an emphasis on Latin America during the Cold War.
Prior to joining the firm, Katherine developed extensive employment law experience in cases involving wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation. Katherine has successfully represented clients in state and federal court, as well as in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Katherine serves as a board member for the CWSL Alumni Association, and maintains memberships with the following organizations for attorneys: Irish American Bar Association; Federal Bar Association; Los Angeles County Bar Association, San Diego County Bar Association and Consumer Attorneys of San Diego.
Katherine is admitted to practice law in the state of California and the United States District Court of Southern District of California.
