José Manuel Vázquez Lozada is a Staff Attorney with Schneider Wallace Cottrell Kim’s Intake Department, and is based in Puerto Rico.

Prior to joining the firm, José worked as a creditor’s rights attorney in consumer bankruptcy matters and civil litigation for over a decade. José is also a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. During this time, José served as counsel of record for Puerto Rico’s mayor banks, as well as several mortgage lenders and mortgage investment funds.

José earned his juris doctor, Cum Laude, from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law and is admitted to practice in Puerto Rico and the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
