James M. Dion is a Staff Attorney in the Bay Area office of Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky LLP. His practice primarily focuses on complex litigation, with an emphasis on E-discovery matters.

James graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. James was a member of the Startup Legal Garage: Biotech Module where he performed Freedom to Operate analyses on patents for startup companies. James was the Executive Technology Editor of the Hastings Science and Technology Law Journal.

James received his Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Los Angeles with a major in Psychobiology and a minor in Cognitive Science.

James is admitted to the California State Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
