David A. Walker is based in the Houston, Texas office of Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky LLP. His practice primarily focuses on complex civil litigation, including actions against financial institutions. He has practiced before federal and state courts.

After graduating from the University of Houston Law Center in 2000, Mr. Walker worked as a Patent Attorney for major oil and technology company clients. He served over six years as General Counsel to a Zurich, Switzerland technology, services and software company with business on five continents. Subsequently, Mr. Walker continued to represent corporate and individual clients in intellectual property matters, domestic and international commercial transactions, and corporate governance and compliance, including as a litigation associate with Greenberg Traurig LLP. Prior to and during law school, Mr. Walker worked as a geophysicist for a major integrated oil company supporting the development of oil and gas assets.
