Christina Mirzaie is an associate attorney in Schneider Wallace Cottrell Kim LLP’s Los Angeles office. She focuses her practice on representing employees in class actions, Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) cases, and individual civil rights matters.

Before joining Schneider Wallace Cottrell Kim LLP, Christina worked at an employment law firm where she advocated for workers in representative, class, and individual actions involving wage and hour violations, discrimination, harassment, disability, and retaliation. Prior to that, she prosecuted consumer protection class actions. 

During law school, Christina earned first place for Best Brief Writer in the Intramural Trial Advocacy Competition and received the CALI Excellence for Future Award in Legal Analysis, Writing, and Skills. She also served as a Teaching Assistant for Alternative Dispute Resolution and as Vice-President of the Women’s Law Association.

Outside of her legal practice, Christina enjoys exploring hot springs and going on adventures with her dog.
