Caroline L. Hill is an associate attorney in the firm’s employment law group. Her practice focuses on employment litigation.
Caroline graduated cum laude from UC Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings, College of the Law) in May 2020. While in law school, she was the Co-President of the Hastings Public Interest Law Foundation, a Staff Editor for the Hastings Women’s Law Journal and an Executive Editor and founding member of the Hastings Journal of Crime and Punishment. Caroline received various distinctions for public interest and pro bono work, including the Nancy Stuart Public Interest Achievement Scholarship.
After law school, Caroline represented indigent clients in misdemeanor and felony criminal cases for two years as a Deputy Public Defender in Denver, Colorado. After passing the February 2023 California Bar exam, she joined a boutique law firm representing primarily minimum-wage clients in individual and representative employment actions, including sexual harassment, discrimination, and wage and hour/PAGA class actions.
Caroline grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. When not in the office, she enjoys hiking, cycling, yoga, and being a dog mom.
