Before joining the firm, Braden was a judicial clerk for the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and a Visiting Scholar at Johns Hopkins University. He earned his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law where he was an Articles Editor for the California Law Review and a member of the Appellate Team. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Montana State University.
