Braden litigates antitrust matters, representing clients in state and federal courts throughout the country.

Before joining the firm, Braden clerked for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He was also a Visiting Scholar at the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, where he wrote law-review articles on biosecurity and pandemic responses. He earned his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law where he was an Articles Editor for the California Law Review and a member of the Appellate Team. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Montana State University.
