Andrew Weaver joined Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky LLP in 2021 as an associate in the Emeryville office. His practice focuses on helping workers recover unpaid wages and other benefits of employment.

Mr. Weaver is a Bay Area native and graduated from UC Hastings College of the Law. While in Law School, Mr. Weaver brought his first wage and hour case to trial and was a member of the ADR team. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Weaver developed extensive experience litigating employment claims on behalf of individuals and groups of workers at a boutique class action firm as well as a labor side union firm.

Mr. Weaver is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the State of California. Mr. Weaver speaks Spanish and is on the litigation committee for Equal Rights Advocates.
