We are investigating on behalf of a potential class of current and former workers including nurses, technicians, and therapists, who work or worked for an Acadia Healthcare owned facility anytime in the last four years.  Acadia Healthcare facilities include many behavior health hospitals, and include such hospitals as CenterPointe Hospital, Cross Creek Hospital, Harbor Oaks Hospital, Highland Hospital, Longleaf Hospital, Pacific Grove Hospital, Rolling Hills Hospital, Red River Hospital, Rolling Hills Hospital, and TrustPoint Hospital.

We are investigating whether all time was correctly recorded and paid, and investigating potential violations of state and federal law requiring employers to fully and timely compensate their employees.  Companies who underpay employees are subject to litigation to collect unpaid wages, with penalties.
