Capstone – Interview Regarding Wage and Pay Violations

Did you work at Capstone in the last 4 years?

We are investigating on behalf of a potential class of current and former workers including unloaders, loaders, and warehouse staff, who work or worked for Capstone Logistics in the last four years.

We are investigating whether all time was correctly recorded and paid, and investigating potential violations of state and federal law requiring employers to fully and timely compensate their employees.  Companies who underpay employees are subject to litigation to collect unpaid wages, with penalties. Alleged issues include unpaid wages and unpaid overtime, unpaid time working off-the-clock.
