Ved Chitale is an Associate Attorney at the Houston, Texas office of Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky LLP. His practice focuses on complex litigation in employment law, specifically wage and hour law and employment discrimination law. Ved has also litigated commercial, trade secret, ERISA, wrongful termination, consumer protection, and civil rights cases.
Ved graduated from the University of Houston Law Center. In law school, Ved participated in the interscholastic mock trial program, served as a student justice in the school’s honor court, and performed extensive research for a professor under the False Claims Act. He also clerked/interned for a variety of organizations while attending law school, including the First Court of Appeals in Houston, Texas, the Texas Attorney General Consumer Protection Division, Lonestar Legal Aid (Consumer Protection), and a local civil rights law firm.
Prior to law school, Ved worked as a business development manager in the education industry after graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Management.
Ved is admitted to practice before all state courts in Texas as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Western, Northern, and Southern Districts of Texas.
