Associate Attorney

Stuart Kluft is an associate attorney for Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky, LLP’s Los Angeles office. His practice primarily involves complex litigation in employment class action and PAGA cases on behalf of employees.

Prior to joining Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky, LLP, Stuart worked for prominent plaintiff employment law firms in Southern California representing employees in wage and hour class actions, PAGA representative actions, and FEHA discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases. Stuart graduated from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles, where he was the Senior Technical Editor of Loyola’s International and Comparative Law Review, a member of Loyola’s Hobbs District Attorney’s Clinic, Loyola’s Project for the Innocent, and a mentor in Judge Stephen O’Neil’s Young Lawyers Mentor Program. Stuart also clerked for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office where he served for two years in the Hardcore Gang Division and one year in the Organized Crime Division working with the LAPD, LASD, and FBI prosecuting felony cases. Prior to Law School, Stuart graduated cum laude from the University of California at Riverside.

Stuart grew up in Los Angeles. He enjoys traveling, watching F1, and spending time with friends and family.
