With over six years of experience providing comprehensive litigation support and strategic legal solutions in civil litigation New York and Federal courts, Oscar provided top quality legal research and writing and litigation counseling.  

Oscar earned his J.D from the New York University School of Law, He is admitted to practice in New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of New York.
