Mark is based in Northern California. He focuses his practice on complex litigation, with an emphasis on prosecuting private antitrust actions. He currently represents institutional plaintiffs in matters involving the pricing of pharmaceutical drugs.
Before joining SWCK, Mark was at a litigation boutique where he worked on lead counsel teams prosecuting antitrust class actions concerning the poultry, cellular phone, and passive electronic components industries. Before that, Mark worked at a large national firm defending class actions and product liability cases.
After graduating magna cum laude from University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Mark clerked for the Hon. Mary E. Wiss and the Hon. John E. Munter (Ret.) in the Complex Litigation Department at the San Francisco Superior Court. While at Hastings, Mark was a teaching assistant for Legal Writing and Research and served as a Senior Notes Editor for the Hastings Law Journal.
