Justin joined Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky LLP in 2022. His practice focuses on employees in class and collective actions. 

Prior to joining Schneider Wallace, Justin clerked for the Honorable Madeline H. Haikala on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. After that, he represented energy companies and financial institutions in Houston, Texas in complex civil litigation and corporate transactions.

Justin received his J.D. from Tulane University Law School, his M.A. in English from the University of New Orleans, and his B.A. in English from Louisiana State University. While in law school, Justin held two judicial externships at the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit: one with the Hon. James L. Dennis and another with the Hon. Edith Brown Clement. Justin also served as an articles editor on the Tulane Law Review and published the article entitled “Post-Mensing “Immunity” Under the Louisiana Products Liability Act: Johnson v. Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc., and Its Implications for Louisiana Law, 89 Tul. L. Rev. 959 (2015).

Justin is licensed to practice in Texas and Louisiana.
