Justin Proctor is a staff attorney at Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky LLP. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2017, and joined the firm in 2018. He has worked on class actions involving disability discrimination, wage theft and inadequate staffing and care at elder facilities. Prior to joining the firm, Justin worked on cases involving products liability and contract disputes; before moving to California, he practiced in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he worked on complex class actions involving wage suppression, defective products and securities fraud.
Justin received his JD from the Temple University Beasley School of Law. Upon graduation from Temple, he was awarded the Harry R. Kozart Memorial Award for achievement in products liability. During his time in law school, he worked part-time for a sole practitioner specializing in immigration.
Justin graduated from the University of Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy.
