Joshua Konecky is an experienced litigator and trained mediator. Among other things, Mr. Konecky has litigated dozens of class action cases in the areas of employment, disability, and consumer law. He has trial experience in both the federal and state courts and has authored and edited publications on discrimination and employment law. He also frequently lectures on these subjects.
Mr. Konecky serves on the Mandatory Settlement Conference Panel for the Superior Court of California in San Francisco. He has been named a Super Lawyer for the past five years – an honor that is reserved for only five percent of attorneys in Northern California each year. Mr. Konecky has 42 hours of formal mediation training at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law.
He is a former U.S. Fulbright Scholar, Skadden Public Interest Law Fellow, and judicial law clerk for the Honorable Lawrence K. Karlton, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
