Jannat Irshad is an Associate at Schneider Wallace Correll Konecky LLP, where she focuses
on representing clients in labor and employment matters.

Jannat earned her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and her Bachelor of
Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles. During law school, she served as a
student attorney for the Immigrants’ Rights and Human Trafficking Clinic, providing pro
bono legal services to survivors of human trafficking. She also contributed as a staff editor
for the American Journal of Law & Medicine, the nation’s leading health law journal.

Before joining the firm, Jannat worked as a law clerk in the labor and employment group at
ArentFox Schiff LLP, where she supported cases related to wage and hour disputes,
workplace safety, and the Private Attorneys General Act.

A native of the Bay Area, Jannat grew up in San Jose. Outside of her legal practice, she
enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her cat.
