An associate in Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky Wotkyns, LLP’s San Francisco office, Ian’s practice focuses on complex litigation, with an emphasis on representing employees in employment class actions. He also represents individuals asserting discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims.
Ian graduated from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2015. While at Berkeley Law, Ian served as an associate editor of the Berkeley Business Law Journal and as Publications Editor for the Journal of Middle Eastern and Islamic Law. He also won the American Jurisprudence award in Secured Transactions. Ian has a bachelor’s degree in South Asian Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
Prior to joining the firm, Ian litigated employment disputes at two boutique San Francisco firms. His practice focused on single plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases but also involved significant wage and hour and employee mobility matters. Ian is admitted to practice before all state courts in California, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of California.
