Helen You is an associate attorney at Schneider Wallace Cottrell Kim LLP and her practice centers on complex employment litigation. 

Helen’s legal career has been dedicated to serving workers. Prior to joining Schneider Wallace Cottrell Kim LLP, Helen worked in solo practice representing employees on an individual and representative basis litigating civil rights and wage theft claims while maintained a robust pro bono practice. Helen previously served as the Co-Board President and Chair of the Workers Rights Committee of the National Lawyers Guild – Los Angeles. 

Helen graduated from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, with a certificate in Public Interest Law. 

Helen received her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with College Honors from Washington University in St. Louis.
