Heather Fuchs is an Associate Attorney at Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky LLP’s Bay Area office. Heather’s practice includes litigating complex employment law class actions, as well as representing individuals with discrimination, sexual harassment, or wrongful termination claims. Before joining Schneider Wallace, Heather developed significant labor and employment law experience while clerking for both plaintiff and defense firms, including participation in formal litigation, mediations, and administrative proceedings.

Heather earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and her bachelor’s degrees from Mills College. During law school, Heather served as President of Women and Law and Senior Comments Editor for the Journal of International Law. She specialized in International Law, spending considerable time studying abroad as well as working for the International Human Rights Clinic, where she and her peers submitted comments to international bodies and domestic government entities on various human rights violations. Heather also served as a judicial extern for Magistrate Judge Allison Claire of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.

Heather is a proud member of Queen’s Bench Bar Association, from which she received the Rookie Award for her efforts to organize the “So, You Want to Be a Lawyer” service day, a program designed for underrepresented and underserved college students interested in a career in the legal profession. In her free time, Heather enjoys cooking and storytelling, often simultaneously.
