Fabiola Martinez is a Staff Attorney in Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky, LLP’s Los Angeles office. Fabiola attended the University of California, Berkeley for undergrad where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Following undergrad, Fabiola attended Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles where she earned her JD in 2022.

While at Southwestern, Fabiola was a member of the Negotiation Honors Program. She was also heavily involved in public service and interned at the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law where she assisted victims of domestic violence. She was also a Peggy Browning Fellow at the Washington Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights and Urban Affairs where she advocated for workers’ rights. As a graduating student, Fabiola was awarded one of Southwestern’s Public Interest Law Service Awards.

Fabiola is an active member of the Latina Lawyers Bar Association and UC Berkeley’s Chicano/Latino Alumni Association. Prior to joining Schneider Wallace, Fabiola worked at a plaintiffs’ employment firm where she represented workers in employment class actions.
