Eugene Zinovyev is an Associate Attorney at the San Francisco Bay Area office of Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky LLP. Eugene’s practice focuses on complex litigation, with an emphasis on wage and hour class actions.
Eugene graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of Law in 2009. He was an award-winning member of both the negotiation and moot court programs.
After law school, Eugene started his own Plaintiff-focused litigation practice, defending the rights of individuals against illegal employment practices, habitability breaches and civil rights violations. He then developed extensive litigation experience across a variety of fields with focus on complex litigation involving numerous parties, theories of liability and extensive and disputed damages. He has tried numerous cases in state and federal court as well as the federal and state Courts of Appeal, including a published decision establishing new law in the protection of consumers from improper insurance carrier subrogation actions.
Eugene is admitted to practice before all state courts in California, the United States District Courts for the Central and Northern Districts of California, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
