Eric Blatt has practiced law in California and represented individuals and corporations with local and global legal matters throughout the US, Canada, Europe and Latin America. He has served in various roles with law firms and corporations, including as a partner in an AmLaw 100 firm, general counsel for funded private technology companies, senior counsel with global oversight for a S&P 500 public company, legal counsel for professional musicians and music producers, and COO of a professional baseball league. 

Beyond corporate transactions and governance experience, Eric has litigated complex disputes from commencement through verdict and appeals in cases based on intellectual property, cryptocurrency, real estate, employment, personal injury and investment fraud. 

Over the past decade, Eric has developed skills and practiced in various Alternative Dispute (ADR) methods. Following certification from the University of California, Berkeley, he has served as a mediator and arbitrator for private parties and government entities. He has facilitated settlements in a wide variety of matters and served as mediator for San Francisco Department of Police Accountability and arbitrator for San Francisco Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing. 

Eric has a passion for travel, baseball, fine art, professional boxing, live music, SCUBA and the NFL. He regularly engages with community groups and charitable organizations and created The Seamsters Union which produced and distributed tens of thousands of face masks to disadvantaged communities during the COVID pandemic. As a former race car driver, Eric is a massive fan of Formula One and had no other choice but to name his dog Enzo. 

Eric is a member of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association.
