Elizabeth (“Beth”) is an associate attorney in Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky, LLP’s Los Angeles office. Beth’s practice focuses primarily on complex litigation in federal and state courts, including employment and consumer class actions. Prior to joining Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky LLP, Beth worked at plaintiff employment law firms where she advocated for employee rights and has extensive experience litigating in state and federal courts on a variety of employment claims, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and breach of contract and privacy. 

Beth received her JD from Whitter Law School and earned her BA from the University of Oklahoma. During law school, she served on the Trial Advocacy Honor’s Board and was a member of the Children’s Rights Clinic. She is admitted to practice before all state courts in California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
