David C. Leimbach is a partner at the San Francisco office of Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky LLP. David’s practice focuses on complex litigation, with an emphasis on employment and consumer protection class actions.
David graduated magna cum laude from California Western School of Law in 2009, served as an Editor on the school’s Law Review and International Law Journal, and was recognized as a Distinguished Advocate through the school’s moot court program.
After law school, David spent three years as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Barbara A. McAuliffe in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. Following his clerkship, David dedicated his career to vindicating the rights of consumers and employees in California and nationwide. David has successfully litigated numerous novel legal issues in trial and appellate courts, both procedural and substantive, including a series of class actions that led to the nationwide elimination of on-call scheduling policies in the retail industry.
David is admitted to practice before all state courts in California, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Central, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
