Danielle Fuschetti is a Senior Counsel at Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky LLP. Her practice focuses on representing employees in class, collective, and private attorney general actions, with a focus on wage-and-hour law.
Prior to joining Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky LLP, Danielle represented employees in class, collective, representative, and individual cases involving discrimination, harassment, disability, retaliation, and wage and hour law at a prominent nationwide civil rights law firm, where she chaired the discrimination and harassment practice group. Before that, Danielle represented employers at a top-ranked global employer-defense firm. Danielle has also clerked at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and served on the Board for the Center for WorkLife Law.
Danielle received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School, and her BA magna cum laude from Dartmouth College.
