Curt Hennecke is an Associate Attorney in the Mass Tort department at Scheider Wallace Cottrell Konecky LLP.  Curt has been committed to helping injured individuals and consumers throughout his legal career.  Prior to joining Schneider Wallace, he was an attorney at a prominent California plaintiffs asbestos litigation law firm, where he assisted those injured from asbestos exposure receive compensation through the asbestos bankruptcy trust process.  Curt also headed the collections department where he enforced settlements for his clients and investigated companies and insurance to collect judgments.  Prior to that, he had his own consumer bankruptcy practice, where he successfully represented thousands of individuals through the Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy process.  Curt has represented clients in numerous state and federal courts.   

In his spare time, Curt has a passion for music and loves his hometown sports teams.
