Bradley (“Brad”) R. Fagnani is an experienced litigator, currently focusing on antitrust and consumer class actions with additional experience in mass torts, personal injury, wage and hour employment class actions, and business litigation.  He is based in our Los Angeles, CA office.  

Brad served in the US Army JAG Corps for 8 years where he represented hundreds of soldiers in a wide range of complex matters including international legal issues related to deployed U.S. forces, sexual assault prosecution and other military justice matters, and policy development.
