Amanda Marshall is an Outreach Staff Attorney at Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky, LLP in the Houston, Texas office.
Amanda received her Juris Doctor degree from Paul M Hebert School of Law located on the campus of Louisiana State University in May 2022. While in law school, she was a Student Attorney for the Wrongful Conviction Clinic, and Parole and Re-Entry Clinic as well as an editor for the Journal of Civil Law Studies . In both positions, she assisted individuals with aspects of investigating and litigating applications for post-conviction DNA testing and applications and interviews for parole. Amanda also was a Dean’s scholar who held leadership positions in various societies such as the Black Law Students Association, Public Interest Law Society and Tax Law Society.
Before attending law school, Amanda attended Lamar University where she received her bachelor’s degree in corporate communications. She was involved in many organizations and was the President of the Communications Honor Society. Amanda is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Amanda started with Schneider Wallace as a Law Clerk, before transitioning into an Attorney role.
