Ms. Laudick is based out of Emeryville, California where she manages and oversees the E-Discovery division of Schneider Wallace. Serving as lead Electronically Stored Information (ESI) attorney she oversees the receipt, review, and distribution of documents. The ESI attorney is an integral part in high volume, document driven matters. As computers continue to influence the legal landscape the role of an ESI attorney will continue to expand as more documents are created and stored digitally.
Ms. Laudick attended Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts where she graduated with Pro Bono Honors. Ms. Laudick attended undergrad at Miami University (Ohio) where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a minor in Anthropology. While at Miami University, Ms. Laudick would also attend the Universidad de Alicante in Alicante, Spain.
Prior to coming to Schneider Wallace, Ms. Laudick had two years of experience with ESI on large class action cases. Ms. Laudick also was a Law Clerk for the Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, DC. During law school, she interned for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office in Boston, Massachusetts where she carried her own case load and litigated as a student prosecutor.
