Situation

SWCBK filed a class action complaint alleging that pharmacists were not given meal and rest breaks as required by California law.  The lawsuit also claimed that the Pharmacists were not paid overtime for all overtime hours worked.

Result

The litigation resulted in a $19.75 million payment to a the plaintiff class.
