now Schneider Wallace Cottrell Brayton Konecky LLP
SAN FRANCISCO, May 22, 2008 – San Francisco-based Schneider &Wallace, a leading class action law firm serving the legal needs of employees
and consumers for 15 years, is now Schneider Wallace Cottrell Brayton Konecky
LLP. The firm name change reflects its growth and the ongoing contributions of
Partners Carolyn Cottrell, Clint Brayton and Joshua Konecky.

She earned her J.D. from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law
(1993).
Involved in the trial of several high-profile cases, Brayton has extensive
experience litigating employment claims in both federal and state court. He is a
member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association and Consumer
Attorneys of California. Brayton earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School (1997).
Konecky handles matters involving disability rights, employment
discrimination and wage and hour class actions. His extensive experience
includes trial and appellate work in federal and state courts. A frequent lecturer,
Konecky has authored and edited publications on discrimination and employment
law. He is a former Skadden Public Interest Law Fellow, U.S. Fulbright Scholar
in Argentina and judicial law clerk for the Honorable Lawrence K. Karlton, U.S.
District Court for the Eastern District of California. Konecky earned his J.D. from
New York University School of Law (1995).
