Representing Banks, Insurers, Public Entities and Investors Around The Country

Founded in 1993, Schneider Wallace Cottrell Brayton Konecky LLP is a litigation boutique that represents corporate clients, public entities and individuals as plaintiffs in complex cases around the country.  Schneider Wallace historically has been among the nation’s most prominent advocates for injured workers, consumers and discrimination victims. It continues to handle such matters with distinction.

As the firm has grown in recent years -- opening a new office in Arizona in 2008 to service its financial services clients, for example -- so has its clientele.  While Schneider Wallace does no defense work of any kind, it now frequently represents corporate clients that otherwise often use large defense firms.  Schneider Wallace represents these clients exclusively in plaintiff-side litigation or other dispute resolution processes, such as arbitration. We do so sometimes on an hourly basis, but also pursuant to alternative fee arrangements such as contingency fees or hybrid hourly/contingent fee structures.  Schneider Wallace flexibly tailors these types of fee structures to each client’s unique needs.

With its growing financial services practice, Schneider Wallace represents individual investors, public pension funds and 401(k) plans, banks, insurance companies, municipalities and other public finance entities as plaintiffs in complex litigation and regulatory matters.  Schneider Wallace currently is handling numerous matters for such plaintiffs against major securities broker-dealers, custodial banks and investment banks.  Schneider Wallace represents both individual investors and institutional clients of broker-dealers in arbitrations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”).  Schneider Wallace also represents state Attorneys General in mass tort and insurance-related matters.
