Jennifer P. Estremera is a litigation associate at Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky LLP.  She works primarily on cases involving consumer class actions, securities claims, and employee benefits issues.

 

Before joining the firm, Ms. Estremera served as a law clerk to the Hon. Edward J. Davila of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.  Her clerkship followed nearly four years of practice in the Palo Alto office of Dorsey & Whitney LLP, where she focused on complex civil litigation and personal injury defense in both state and federal court. 

 

Ms. Estremera received her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2007.  During law school, Ms. Estremera was on the Dean's List, was a finalist in the Honors Moot Court competition, received the Witkin award in Legal Research & Writing, and earned brief-writing awards in Appellate Advocacy and Honors Moot Court.  She also served on the Honors Moot Court Board and as Secretary of the Student Bar Association.  In addition, Ms. Estremera externed for the Hon. James Ware of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Ms. Estremera is licensed to practice law in California and Kansas.
