Neil Bjorkman is a class action litigation associate at Schneider Wallace Cottrell Brayton Konecky LLP.  He works primarily on cases involving employment and consumer rights.  

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bjorkman served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Justice Dalveer Bhandari of the Supreme Court of India.  

Mr. Bjorkman received his B.A. from Saint John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota (2001).  After graduation, he worked for a non-profit development organization in Guatemala.  

He is fluent in Spanish. Mr. Bjorkman earned his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2007.  
He is a member of the bar in California and Wisconsin.
