Schneider Wallace Cottrell Brayton Konecky LLP is a San Francisco civil rights law firm representing plaintiffs in individual and class action litigation.

 

Our class action practice focuses on “impact litigation” with a goal of remedying systemic discrimination in employment, government services and education. We also handle cases involving consumer protection,  consumer fraud, dangerous products, defective medical devices and dangerous drugs.  We have handled class actions against fortune 500 companies, government entities and major universities in both Federal and State courts. We have represented plaintiffs at all levels including the Federal and State trial courts, the California Court of Appeal, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

 

We have tried numerous individual and class action cases in both State and Federal court.
